The Art of Forming Young Disciples

Have any of you read Everett Fritz's book, "The Art of Forming Young Disciples"? It is a response to youth groups failing to focus on forming disciples instead of just running big programs. I'm wondering what your thoughts are of it and what it suggests.

    Loved the book about pitfalls in youth ministry. I currently can't jump to a No program model. I believe it depends on the characteristics of a parish and the volume of teens.
