What's your best ice breaker for a small group of high school students at the beginning of the year where some of them have never met each other? and go.... Thanks!
Takes a little prep but it's a lot of fun. get 1 tee shirt for every 2,3, or 4 kids in the group. put the shirt in a bowl or bucket of water. The bigger the container the longer and harder this game is. Freeze the shirts in the container. Freeze until solid. At least 24 hours in freezer.
Break the kids up into random groups and start a race. The first team that can get a shirt on a player wins the game. did this a few years ago and the kids still talk about it
On the T-shirt theme, I have given each small group an XL T-shirt and they have to work together to get everyone standing in the shirt with no one touching the floor. Teens get very creative in how they do this!
Sorry — teens stand ON the shirt!
